Worried about repair costs?
Our investigation service, together with our transparent pricing policy, ensures you are always kept informed about costs, allowing you to make an educated decision before any repair goes ahead. If you decide not to proceed with a repair you simply pay for the investigation (£15+VAT), which can be reclaimed if you purchase any new PC or Laptop within 30 days, we will even arrange free disposal of you old unit.
We know time is money, so our automated management system reports how busy our service centre is giving you an estimated repair time before you book (see tab, bottom right). We maintain the latest diagnostic tools & equipment and now employ dedicated service staff to ensure a speedy turnaround…normally same day!

Although our technicians will always keep you informed about your job, our unique service management system (which manages all repairs & upgrades) will also keep you informed by the following means, Making the status of your job available online and providing an estimated time for completion Sending you job status e-mails to a nominated address during the repair/upgrade On completion of work, sending you an automatic text message including any costs direct to your mobile
